Lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, with graduate studies in International Economic Law at the same university. He has completed specialized courses in Industrial Property Law at the Center for International Studies of Industrial Property – CEIPI- in Strasbourg, France and Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London, England.
Specializing in the area of business law. He has experience in evaluation and implementation of corporate governance in public and private entities of recognized prestige. He has over 14 years experience in the Instituto Libertad y Democracia research advising corporate and carrying out diagnoses institutional obstacles and / or developing proposals for reform in Haiti, Egypt, Honduras, Libya, Tanzania, Venezuela and Nigeria. It also has experience in the area of industrial property. He has been a member of the Commission of the Directorate of Inventions and New Technologies of the Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), Legal Coordinator of the Office of Inventions and New Technologies and Examiners in the Office Signs hallmarks.
